that was how i rode back in the day, last years gym shorts always a size or more too small. i'd ride my bike around and stop in like 7-11 or a candy store soda fountain and look around the store at stuff and finally buy a soda or something and then hang out in front with my tight shorts and my nice bulge. men and women both would notice and sometimes sit in their cars and stare
